This bill modifies the interpretation of insurance laws. The American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance shall not be given weight, afforded recognition, considered by judicial notice, or otherwise be granted authoritative reference on the interpretation of this state's laws, rules, or principles of insurance law.
