This bill modifies how employees are paid for labor. Labor performed between the 1st and 15th days of the month shall be paid by the 23rd day of the month. Labor performed between the 16th and the last day of the month shall be paid before the 8th day of the following month.
This bill is the same as HB 988 - (2019).
