HB 1863 -- MISSOURI TUITION EQUITY ACT

SPONSOR: Morgan

The resident status applies unless the student establishes residence outside the state.

This bill does not allow specified institutions to deny admission solely on immigration status and requires information collected in the admission process to remain confidential.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
