SPONSOR: Swan
This bill allows the superintendent's designee to perform the duties of the superintendent in regards to the suspension of a student. These duties include a summary suspension of less then 180 days, the ability to revoke a principal's suspension, and additional administrative duties as specified in the bill.
This bill is similar to HB 336 (2019).
