HB 1665 -- NO EXCUSE ABSENTEE VOTING

This bill allows any person who is properly registered to vote to vote by absentee ballot without stating any reason.

An exception allowing the lack of notarization on ballots is allowed for those voting absentee because travel to polls is a hardship and the privacy of personal information about individuals in the Address Confidentiality Program is retained in the bill.

This bill is the same as HB 527 (2019).
