This bill establishes the "Council for Community Education". The council shall study and make recommendations regarding establishing community education programs in which public school buildings are used as community centers operated by the school board in cooperation with other community groups to provide community services.
This bill is the same as HB 2694 (2018) and HB 411 (2019).
