HB 1622 -- ANNUAL LEAVE FOR STATE EMPLOYEES

This bill allows that a state employee who works 10 hours per day and at least 40 hours per week will not be required to take two hours of annual leave on paid holidays. The employee may choose to be compensated only for an eight hour work day on a state holiday.

This bill is the same as HB 416 (2019).
