Currently, an assistant physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant in a collaborative practice arrangement must maintain a 75 mile geographic proximity with their collaborating physician. This bill waives the geographic proximity requirements when providing care to a client of an alternatives to abortion agency.
This bill is similar to HB 420 (2019).
