This bill creates the "Missouri Grown Flowers Act."
Beginning January 1, 2021, a public agency must only purchase a cut flower or a cut green if that cut flower or cut green was produced in Missouri. If a cut flower or cut green is unavailable for purchase in Missouri, then the agency may purchase a cut flower or cut green that is produced in the United States.
