This bill requires insurance carriers to allow pregnant persons to enroll for coverage in a health benefit plan during an initial, open, or special enrollment period if such person would otherwise be eligible to enroll in such plan if they were not pregnant. Such health benefit plan shall cover preexisting conditions.
