SB 679 - This act modifies Supreme Court Rules of Professional Conduct relating to advertisements for legal services. This act allows a lawyer to advertise services through public media, including through the internet and other electronic media. Any advertisement or communication made on an internet website, online profile, internet advertisement, or other electronic media is required to include disclosures on the same page as such advertisement or communication.
