SB 667 - This act provides that any costs which are the responsibility of a defendant in a criminal case to pay may be collected as court costs and disbursed to the state or county. This act is identical to SA#1 to SS#2/SCS/HB 1450, HB 1296, HCS/HB 1331 and HCS/HB 1898 (2020) and is similar to HB 1821 (2020).
