This bill requires the Ethics Commission to post specified tax information regarding state income taxes over a five year period for statewide public officials or the offices of President, Vice- President, or United States Senator from Missouri. The disclosure will be within 30 days of the effective date of the bill for current officials and within 30 days of the oath of office for newly elected officials.
This bill is the same as HB 1149 (2019).
