HB 1545 -- CHECK CASHING FEES

This bill prohibits a bank from charging a fee for cashing a check, if the check is cashed at the same bank that issued the check, regardless of whether the person cashing the check has an account at the bank.

This bill is similar to HB 1191 (2019).
