SPONSOR: Ellebracht
This bill requires the placement of automated external defibrillators and staff trained in the use of such equipment on passenger trains, cabooses, and specified locomotives capable of independent operation and on-track work. Any corporation or person in violation of these provisions will be fined as specified in the bill.
This bill is the same as HB 179 (2019).
