HB 1492 -- FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF AGRICULTURAL LAND

This bill prohibits any alien or foreign business from acquiring agricultural land in the state after August 28, 2020.

This bill is similar to HB 652 (2019) and HB 2206 (2018).
