This bill prohibits any state agency or employee of the agency from disclosing to the federal government, any federal government employee, or any unauthorized third party, the statewide list or individual information of anyone who applied for or obtained a medical marijuana card.
Anyone who violates this provision is guilty of a class E felony.
This bill is the same as HB 2143 (2020).
