Currently, the Missouri Air Conservation Commission cannot promulgate rules or regulations that are more stringent than those required by the federal Clean Air Act, except for specified reasons. This bill requires the rules and regulations to meet the provisions of the Clean Air Act.
This bill is the same as HB 1012 (2019).
