This bill requires nonprofit corporations regulated under Chapter 355, RSMo, and foreign nonprofit corporations to limit in kind contributions or expenditures made to support or oppose a candidate or ballot measure to the same limit imposed under Article VIII, Section 23 of the Constitution of Missouri and to report expenditures in the same manner required under Section 130.047.
This bill is the same as HB 196 (2019).
