This bill specifies that a grand or petit juror serving on a jury in St. Louis City who provides the court proof of employment and documentation of his or her daily average pay at such employment must be paid his or her entire average daily salary for the first three days of jury service, with the employer paying one-third, the state paying one-third, and the city paying one-third.
This bill is similar to HB 989 (2019).
