HB 1401 -- EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION

This bill defines "address status", as the status of having or not having a physical home address and a person's ability or willingness to disclose information relating to whether he or she has or does not have a physical home address. This bill adds "address status" as a form of discrimination prohibited in employment decisions.

This bill is the same as HB 1175 (2019).
