This bill allows concealed carry permit holders to lawfully carry firearms on public transportation. Public transportation is defined in the bill. Those with permits or who carry nonfunctioning arms or arms in an unloaded state where ammunition is not readily available may transport such arms by bus.
This bill is the same as SB 39 (2019).
