HB 147 -- FINANCIAL AID FOR UNLAWFULLY PRESENT STUDENTS

This bill repeals Section 173.1110, RSMo, which prohibits students unlawfully present in the United States from receiving any postsecondary education public benefits.

The bill also removes postsecondary education public benefits from the exceptions to public benefits that unlawfully present aliens are prohibited from receiving.

This bill is the same as HB 1792 (2018).
