HB 87 -- UNLAWFUL POSSESSION AND TRANSFER OF WEAPONS

This bill makes it a crime to knowingly sell or give a firearm to an individual whose name is on the federal No Fly List or to a member of an international or domestic terrorist group. This bill also adds individuals whose names appear on the federal No Fly List and members of international or domestic terrorist groups to the list of people prohibited from possessing a firearms.

This bill is the same as HB 1281 (2018).
