1 AMEND House Committee Substitute for House Bill No. 2011, Page 1, Section 11.000, Line 13, by 2 inserting immediately thereafter the following: 3 4 "Part 3 of this act shall consist of guidance to the Department of Social Services in implementing 5 the appropriations found in Part 1 and Part 2 of this act."; 6 7 further amend said bill, Page 39, Section 11.720, Line 4 by inserting immediately thereafter the 8 following: 9 10 "PART 3 11 12 Section 11.800. To the Department of Social Services 13 In reference to all sections in Parts 1 and Part 2 of this act: 14 No funds shall be expended to any abortion facility as defined in Section 188.015, RSMo, or any 15 affiliate or associate thereof."; 16 17 18 further amend said bill by adjusting section and bill totals accordingly.
