This bill expands the definition of medically accurate information in regard to the informed consent necessary for an abortion. This bill also removes several provisions relating to abortion, including some information a doctor must provide a patient before an abortion, the requirement that the information be read or translated to the patient, and the requirement that the patient certifies in writing that she has viewed the information.
