This bill requires insurance carriers to provide coverage for abortion services at no charge. Individuals without insurance coverage or whose insurance coverage does not include coverage for abortion services due to religious beliefs or sincerely held moral convictions of the insurance carrier shall be reimbursed by the state for the costs of abortion services.
