This bill repeals several provisions relating to abortion, including provisions relating to informed consent and what a physician must inform a woman of before performing an abortion and the requirement that a woman have the opportunity to choose to have an anesthetic or analgesic for an abortion performed at 22 weeks gestational age or older.
