SPONSOR: Pogue
This bill adds to the definition of "neglect" under Section 568.060, RSMo, causing a child to be born with a controlled substance present in the child's bodily fluids or bodily substances as a result of the pregnant mother knowingly using controlled substances before the birth of the child.
This bill is the same as HB 1176 (2017).
