This bill updates the laws on human sexuality education by defining the meaning of "medically and factually accurate" information to mean information that is verified by the weight of medical research conducted in compliance with scientific methods, recognized as correct by leading medical organizations or government agencies, or recommended by a nationally recognized accrediting organization.
