HB 1323 -- PEACE OFFICER TICKET QUOTAS

This bill prohibits law enforcement agencies from requiring peace officers to issue a specific number of citations within a designated period of time. The number of citations issued by a peace officer shall not be compared to citations issued by another peace officer who has similar job duties. The bill does not prohibit evaluating a peace officer based on the peace officer's point of contact, as defined in the bill.

This bill is the same as HB 1201 (2017).
