This bill allows the Department of Health and Senior services to establish a program to provide long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARC) to low-income women at low or no cost. The LARCs shall only be provided at facilities that receive Title X funding. The department may apply for grants and may accept other gifts, grants, or donations to run the program.
