BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

the arts and cultural heritage fund to the ....... to provide grants to organizations that preserve
and honor the culturally diverse heritage of Minnesota and that empower communities to
build their identity and culture. Priority must be given to organizations that currently lack
the financial resources or capacity to perform these functions.
