A bill for an act
 relating to game and fish; prohibiting open season for taking wolves; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 97B.645, subdivision 9.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 97B.645, subdivision 9, is amended to read:


Subd. 9.

wolf is delisted under the federal Endangered Species Act of 1973. After that time, the
commissioner may prescribe open seasons and restrictions for taking wolves but must
