BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.76, the medical assistance
reimbursement rate for administering the COVID-19 vaccination is the Medicare rate for
health care professionals who administer a COVID-19 vaccine to a medical assistance
enrollee in accordance with the professional's scope of practice.

new text begin (b) This section expires on the last day of the calendar quarter in which the federal public
health emergency for COVID-19 ends.
