Sec. 147c(2). Michigan Public School Employees' Retirement System (MPSERS) One-Time Payment – REVISED
Revises technical language to ensure a one-time $1.0 billion payment into the retirement system is implemented correctly by flowing
through all participating entities, including district libraries and community colleges, rather than being limited to districts and
intermediate districts (ISDs).
