1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2 Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
3 allocations are made.
4 HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF
5 Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention 0143
6 Initiative: Provides additional ongoing funding to the State's school-based health centers to
7 add additional school-based health center sites awarded through a request for proposals
8 process. The Department of Health and Human Services shall give priority to proposals
9 that demonstrate a commitment to closing existing health disparities based on race,
10 ethnicity or tribal status.
