4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill proposes to enact measures concerning advanced refrigeration technology that
6 reduce climate super-pollutant and energy use and bring advanced refrigeration technology
7 into financial parity with solar technology rebates on a cost per environmental benefit basis.
