1 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
2 Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §251, sub-§1, ¶G, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 138, §1, is
3 amended to read:
4 G. "Sexual touching" means any kissing on the mouth or touching of the breasts,
5 buttocks, groin or inner thigh, directly or through clothing, for the purpose of arousing
6 or gratifying sexual desire.
7 SUMMARY
8 This bill expands the definition of "sexual touching" in the Maine Criminal Code to
9 include kissing on the mouth.
