4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill would examine the experiences of notaries public who have been allowed to
6 remotely notarize documents pursuant to the Governor's executive orders issued during the
7 state of emergency and determine whether to continue the authorization of remote
8 notarization of documents under limited circumstances.
