4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill proposes to clarify access to retirement benefits for employees who have paid
6 into the Maine Public Employees Retirement System, including teachers who have retired
7 and wish to return to work, and health care benefits available to retired state employees.
