4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This emergency bill proposes to make unified appropriations and allocations for the
6 expenditures of State Government, General Fund and other funds and to change certain
7 provisions of the law necessary to the proper operations of State Government for the fiscal
8 years ending June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
