1 Sec. 1. Department of Health and Human Services to designate COVID-19
2 stimulus funding for community mental health service providers. Resolved:
3 That, to the extent resources are available from federal funding allocated to the State in any
4 federal law enacted after December 15, 2020 that provides stimulus funds due to the
5 ongoing pandemic related to coronavirus disease 2019, or COVID-19, the Department of
6 Health and Human Services shall designate a total of $15,000,000 for community mental
7 health service providers.
8 Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. Resolved: That the following
9 appropriations and allocations are made.

11 Mental Health Services - Community Z198
12 Initiative: Allocates one-time funding from the federal stimulus funding due to the ongoing
13 COVID-19 pandemic to community mental health service providers.

14 SUMMARY
15 This resolve requires the Department of Health and Human Services to designate
16 $15,000,000 of federal COVID-19 stimulus funding allocated to the State pursuant to a
17 federal law enacted after December 15, 2020 for community mental health service
18 providers.
