4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill proposes to allow persons working in agriculture to organize for the purposes
6 of collectively bargaining for wages, hours, other working conditions and benefits without
7 fear of reprisal. The bill would exempt farms under a certain size and with a limited number
8 of employees.
