An Act To Amend the Law Governing Name Changes
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 18-C MRSA 1-701, sub- 2, A, as enacted by PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, 2 and affected by Pt. F, 1, is repealed.
Effective 90 days following adjournment of the 129th Legislature, Second Regular Session, unless otherwise indicated.
