Resolved: That the 2 Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry shall solicit bids for the 3 construction of a new facility in the Town of Fort Kent to house the district headquarters 4 for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Bureau of Forestry. The 5 bids must be solicited no later than 90 days following the effective date of this section 6 and the successful bidder shall begin construction no later than 60 days following award 7 of the contract.

8 SUMMARY 9 This resolve requires the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to 10 solicit bids for the construction of a new facility in Fort Kent to house the district 11 headquarters for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Bureau of 12 Forestry. Construction must be started within 60 days following the award of the 13 contract.
