14 SUMMARY 15 This bill provides a one-time General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2019-20 to the 16 Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management for the Betsy Ann Ross 17 House of Hope to provide suitable housing for women veterans in transition and their 18 families.
