Resolved: That the Department of 2 Transportation shall construct a recreational trail, to be known as the Merrymeeting Trail, 3 along the existing railroad corridor owned by the department from the Town of Topsham 4 through the Town of Bowdoinham and the Town of Richmond to the City of Gardiner.
