2 Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §574-A, as amended by PL 2007, c. 627, §14, is further 3 amended by adding at the end a new paragraph to read:
4 A parcel of land to which public access for recreational use is limited or prohibited by 5 the owner of that parcel is ineligible for taxation under this subchapter.
6 SUMMARY 7 This bill excludes from benefits under the Maine Tree Growth Tax Law a parcel of 8 land to which public access for recreational use is limited or prohibited.
