Altering, from January 31 to October 31, the date by which the governing body of Prince George's County is required each year to complete a certain report concerning the county's municipal tax setoffs; and altering the dates from August 31 to October 31, by which the County Executive of Prince George's County is required to prepare an annual report on a certain school facilities surcharge and from March 1 to October 31, for a certain public safety and behavioral health surcharge.
